The Report will assist you in determining potential trademark conflicts to ensure that your desired trademark stands a stronger chance of registration when submitting a trademark application.

Benefits

Clarity and Confidence: Gain detailed insights into the strength and registrability of your mark that empowers you to make informed and confident branding decisions.

Cost-Effectiveness: Identify and avoid potential risks, conflicts and issues before pumping your entire marketing budget into building your brand, which will potentially save you thousands of dollars in costly legal challenges and rebranding efforts later down the road.
Time Efficiency: Streamline your trademark search process using our proprietary trademark search algorithm which quickly compiles and analyzes critical trademark data from various sources, allowing you to move forward with your branding strategy with more confidence and less unnecessary delays.
Professional Expertise: A VenCounsel IP attorney reviews, curates, and analyzes all trademark searches and makes actionable business and legal recommendations based on the trademark search results.

Pricing

Any fixed fee agreed upon covers 1 trademark and 1 class of goods/services. Additional fees apply for each additional trademark and class of goods/services.
Example
- The word VENCOUNSEL for legal services is 1 trademark and 1 class of goods/services.
- The "VC" logo for legal services would be an additional mark for 1 class of goods/services.
- The "VC" logo together with the word VENCOUNSEL would be an additional mark for 1 class of goods/services.
Recommendation: We recommend to begin with the word mark without any designs because it provides broader protection. If you want to trademark a logo design and don't plan on changing the design into the foreseeable future, we recommend conducting a separate trademark search and application filing for the logo.
